Payment Options

Chicago Pain and Wellness accepts most major insurance plans.  For patients who have limited chiropractic insurance coverage, alternative payment plans are available. We Would be happy to answer any questions, just call our Chicago chiropractic office directly at 312-255-7474.

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our chiropractic office including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. We also accept most health insurance plans. As there are many different insurance plans and variations in such plans, please call or email us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.

Those without insurance

For patients who have limited chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any chiropractic or physical therapy benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the care you need. Many patients choose to pay directly for services, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For some patients, chiropractic is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.
